Happy with this vet and all other staff! They are good with cats and dogs and seem to genuinely care about the animals. I feel like they try to get you in ASAP, I've never had to wait too long for an appointment. Prices reasonable for veterinary care. Does whats needed but not tons of extra/possibly unnecessary testing. Thanks North Fork for the service you provide!
Dr. Petrigrew and her staff have taken care of my furKids since we moved to the Valley in '99. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I don't have pure breds, just mutts, but Dr. P and the girls have helped me keep my pups happy and healthy well into their senior years!
Customer service needs improvement. The pets need to be the priority!! After all this is an animal hospital!! Called for an appt for my new puppy to be seen for a possible urinary or bladder infection and was first told could see her two days later!!? What!!? Then, after I questioned that and expressed the importance and my worry, i was told to bring her in today. Then I decided to give my thoughts on something I noticed and overheard two staff members do at my last visit and said I hoped that would not be happening again. I then received a call back telling me since I seemed so unhappy with the service that the vet didnt want my business. So, I was correct about this place. My pets and their health do not matter. I just paid this place for two well check ups, and one of my dogs is having a health issue and because I complained about an issue in the office with staff, the vet has turned my business as a customer away!!
They are a great Veterinarian. We unfortunately had to put our boy down recently. They were very compassionate and treated us very well.
Love the team at North Fork! They have always given the best customer service and care to my animals.
